   Wondering if anyone has any preferences regarding Google Adsense plugins.
   Which one works best?
   Easiest to use?
   I haven't used Adsense in years and would love some input before
   I start downloading plugins.

   it is very easy with a blogger account though if you are using wordpress i reccomend http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-manager/
   And yes wordpress is better if you are hosting.
