   I host 3 wordpress blogs on the same web hosting space (easycgi.com). The automatic upgrade doest work on any of them, but they all exhibit the same behavior.

   I click the tab that is alerting me that 2.7.1 is out, then click "Upgrade Automatically". Then, nothing. The page just loads sort of indefinitely. No errors or anything, just an indefinitely loading page. I have let it sit there for quite some time and still nothing.

   I read a few posts on here that talked about plug ins interfering, so I deactivated all of mine. Still no change.

   Has anyone else seen this? If so, any idea as to what is wrong?

   I get the same thing. Don't know exactly how crucial it is to upgrade from 2.7 to 2.7.1... but yeah, the auto upgrade functionality isn't ... functioning.

   Same here, the upgrade.php script says that it already has the latest version, but the alert remains.

   Same problem here. The page says "Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.7.1.zip", but that doesn't seem to be happening since the stops loading at one point, but nothing else happens.

   Same Problem as well.

   It starts downloading and than refreshes to a white page.
