It would be great if this very useful plugin was compatible with qTranslate.
qTranslate uses GETTEXT and language tags to translate WP pages when visitors click at the corresponding language.
I guess a way to do this is to include language tags in the plugin's options page.

Since not all of this plugin's user using qTranslate, that would be better if you or those of you who use both plugins for your blog modify the related script in order the other plugins work or compatible with qTranslate plugin.
It is not too difficult to modify its script. You can see its FAQ from http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3
