   Hi, I am making tutorial videos with Debut Video Capture 1.34 for vidioes of work done from desktop. I need to know what format is best for uploading to wordpress. Do I need to edit it with another program first? Tried to upload it regularly but it didnt take, The video is about 446 MB. Is that to big? Any help in this would be appreciated.
