[resolved] Plugin for prioritizing posts? (opposite of sticky-post) (3 posts)

I've been looking for hours. I am running a blog and have thus far only posted very on-topic posts, but a few of my more regular followers want me to post some more personal stuff, and I would like to -- but I don't want to pollute my blog for others.

What I really want (and if it doesn't exist, I can code it and release it for anyone else that needs it, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel) is a plugin that will allow me to select "not a priority post" which will collapse the post on the front-page (so it just has the post title, and tags, such as "personal") so if you aren't interested in it, you can just skim over it, but it's still there for those that might be interested.

If it doesn't exist, feel free to give me suggestions on how to implement it (I know PHP well enough, but haven't done any wordpress manipulation in a few years) and/or feature requests (so I know what to add).

If it does exist, please let me know!

One term for that is "asides". Check this article in the docs section: Adding_Asides

I think you might be able to find some plugins to help as well.

    Hope that helps!
