   I'm trying add any kind of media (img, video, etc) to a page or post via the media upload pop-up.

   When I click any of the links "From URL", "Gallery", "Media Library", "NexGen Gallery" the page redirects to the wordpress login page, and none of my usernames/passwords are able to login...

   I also notice that I'm unable to login if I went to http://mydomain.com/wp-admin but am able to login when going to the wp-login.php page directly???

   Any help is greatly appreciated.
