Showing the blog from more than one “page,”excluding different categories?

I am working on an artist’s site and she wants to have a blog which is already setup. She also wants to post her newsletters in an online archive, but not in the blog.

I am wondering if it is possible to:

– post the newsletter as blog posts in a certain category
– show the blog from two different “pages”: blog page excluding the “newsletter” category and another, “newsletter archive” page excluding everything else?

Or, keeping in mind that my wordpress abilities are limited, what approach would you recommend to fulfill such a request?
