Allows registered users from certain websites(that the user allows) like livejournal, myspace, xanga, blogger, bebo, msn live!, yahoo, friendfeed, twitter, openid, etc. to post comments in the article section from my own wordpress website that is hosted on my own domain.

And of course does not store the user's password from whatever website on my own site. I want to make sure that the user's password from whatever site he uses is very safe.

Yeah I should of used search but I am on a limited school time schedule here.

One more thing I forgot to add, was also allowing wordpress.com users to come comment on my page.

I understand that there could be plugs that allows one site to comment. But how about multiple?

well, there is of course the OpenID plugin. the plugin does not currently let you specify a whitelist of providers you want to accept, although that is planned as an eventual feature.
