   We're still working on the plugin, Complain to wordpress.org for making all projects downloadable even before they are tagged.

   No we are complaining to you for putting up a pre-alpha piece of CRAP which bears no relationship whatsoever to the podcompohio directory that you quote and link to in your description.

   Again, no release has been made of this plugin, there is just a skeleton setup at this point. Please take a look at the version number and accept that as proof that we haven't made a release of the plugin yet.
