I’m using Spam Karma to fight with spam. But today, I got many trackback spam? Will trackback spam affect my blog in other sites or search enginer? How can I fight with trackback spam?

Trackback spam does nothing to your blog other than fill it with crap, and does nothing for your blog’s search ranking. It only boosts the spammer’s search ranking, just like comment spam.

I wrote a plugin to automatically place all trackbacks into moderation if you want to use that. Also have one for pingbacks.

Or a better solution than moderating trackback would be to enable the experimental trackback support in SpamKarma. It captures all of my trackback spam.. Trackback/Pingback is more important to me than commenting….
