    My blog is broken beyond what my basic coding skill level can repair.

    Was I hacked? Or has something else happened?

    My WordPress blog is hosted through Yahoo SmallBusiness along with my website. I have post on there that I’d like to be able to recover and repair my blog back to it’s previous glory.

    Can anyone help?

    Can’t open file: ‘wp_posts.MYI’ (errno: 145)

    That’s a MySQL error. If you have access to something like phpMyAdmin you could try and repair the table. Or you could contact Yahoo! with that error and have them fix it for you (presumably that’s why you pay them 😉

    Try to re-cover the most recent backup and make a restoration…

    I went into phpMyAdmin and tried to repair the problem tables which are:

    wp_postmeta
    wp_posts

    both of which say they are ‘in use’ and when I try to repair give me the following errors:

    File ‘./blog/wp_postmeta.MYD’ not found (Errcode: …
    File ‘./blog/wp_posts.MYD’ not found (Errcode: 13)

    So, repairing them isn’t working. I suppose I’ll brave calling Yahoo unless anyone else has any suggestions?

    Seems like it’s repaired itself since I gave up and went to bed.
    Now I can’t get the phpMyAdmin login off my page!
