   Hi I am having problem with the install of this plugin. I don't understand where do you want this code go? <?php wp_css('path/to/css/file.css'); ?>

   Could someone or you provide a more complete example?

   ok, I looked at your web site. It says

   5. Use <?php wp_css('path/to/css/file.css'); ?> to link to other CSS files.

   umm. Where does this go? Please don't assume we all have a working knowledge of wordpress internals. I know a bit & have mucked with PHP a bit nut I have no idea where the hell step 5 applies to.
