Changing the the_meta syntax

    I would like to change the syntax the the_meta tag uses (for custom pages). Could anyone tell me where to find it?

    Rather than hack the core files, I would use a plugin. I use myMooMus which I got from wp-plugins.net, but there are more listed here that might be helpful.

    If none of those will do what you have in mind, function the_meta is in wp-includes/template-functions-post.php, lines 249-262.

    Great, just hacked it. Now it works fine 🙂
