How to write a product documentation in WordPress?

    Hi all: we are writing a user guide (=product documentation) for our web service and are leaning towards making it 100% online (as opposed to PDF download). We are looking to have title1, title2 and title3 paragraphs and would like each title to be a unique post or page, and have a way to create a dynamic index page as well for table of content.

    Has anyone tried and done this before? Should we use posts or pages?
