   Hi-

   When I upgraded to wordpress 2.7 from 2.6, the Hebrew in my English/Hebrew posts became question marks. I went to the wordpress docs but have been unsuccessful at solving this following the directions given on the docs. Any help getting this to work again would be appreciated.

   Helllo,
   I also have had problems with that. Very strange. Installed wordpress 2.8 on my host (www.agnosco.iblogger.org) and imported a post in xml from my tumblr site (danlittauer.tumblr.org) it didnt work, got all question marks too... However, when I import it to the wordpress account it works (www.danlittauer.tumblr.com), how come?

   Are there any files we need to install?
