hello there, im bumping this up π
Goto: Theme folder -> Includes -> featured.php
You will find this code in top:
function startGallery() {
var myGallery = new gallery($('myGallery'), {
timed: true,
showArrows: true,
delay: 5000,
defaultTransition: "fadeslideleft",
showCarousel: false,
showArrows: false
});
}
window.onDomReady(startGallery);
Just increase the “delay” value to slowdown the image transition speed. Now it is 5 Seconds.

thank you so much. I have no idea about how PHP works. that answer really helped me a lot π thank you so much

are you running the same theme?
how did you get the slideshow to work? is there a directory where you point it to?
WooThemes has a support forum that deals directly with this theme.

I hosted my FLASH BANNERS somewhere else, at OPENX.org
Then I changed the PHP code for the AD BANNERS and the TEMPLATE with the ZONE ID of the BANNER from OPENX. I installed the PLUGIN and run it.
If you want, I can show you the code.
jwood,
my mistake. I did not install any PLUGIN. The PHP code has been altered to link directly to OPENX
I wasnt asking about openX
I’m having an issue after adding a post how to get it to be a feature in the slideshow.
Burokhuli – mind if i email you?
jwood
no problem. that would be aer677@gmail.com or you can instant message me thru yahoo. my handle is ALLANRESTAUROJR@yahoo.com
Hello jwood,
Here is how I did it. I figured I’d post it here instead of emailing to you so that others who have the same problem can view it too.
1. Make a LARGE photo for the FEATURED PHOTO and a THUMBNAIL.
2. Upload them to your MEDIA DIRECTORY (see photo figure01.jpg)
3. Make a NEW POST. At the lower part of your post, you will see the following: EXCERP, SEND TRACKBACK, CUSTOM FIELDS. Choose CUSTOM FIELDS and enter the URL for the following values FEATURED & THUMB. (see photo figure02.jpg)
4. Save your POST and it should work from there.
