24 Character Limit on Image Description?

    My third attempt to get help here please…
    I am using a Basic Slideshow, but whenever I exceed 24 characters in an image description, 3 dots … appear in the middle of the text – see picture 1 in

    If I reduce the number of characters (including spaces) to 24 or fewer, the text is ok.

    Could someone help, please?
