   i'm a newbie - I have uploaded the Podpress files into my WP plugins BUT they are not showing up in the WP Plugins page for me to activate. If I try and download Podpress off the WP site directly it tells me the file is already loaded - how can I activate Podpress - or get to see it in the Plugins page? Thanks Rob

   Well , try to see the permissions for your page.
   I have a similar problem with trying to install plugins directly by the auto-installer on wp2.7 , I already wrote about it.

   Not sure what your problem is, so use FTP and delete the Podpress plugin folder/files. Then download the Podpress zip file from extend/plugins to your local computer, then install the in Plugins->Add new and use the Install a plugin in .zip format feature.

   Michael - this worked!! and I have activated it, BUT when I start a new post the podcast options do not appear below? Any ideas here. This is getting most frustrating! Thanks for your help - Rob
