Plug In Hair Raising-ThrowingThePuter-Problems!

Please help! I am so new to all of this and I am sooo hungry to learn!
I just had WP installed and my blog transfered. I am obsessed with the plug ins, however, when I installed the Get Recent Comments plug in by Krischan Jodies I get this error message that I cannot for the life of me figure out why, or how to fix……
This error message comes up if I try to “Update File” on my template page after inserting the code per instructions, the next page that shows contains this error message…..

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/azjadec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/get-recent-comments.php:69) in /home/azjadec/public_html/wp-admin/templates.php on line 74”

One comes up at the very bottom of my “write” page and it goes something like this…

“Database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘WHERE Post_ID = 302 AND meta_key = ‘sticky” at line 1]
SELECT meta_value FROM WHERE Post_ID = 302 AND meta_key = ‘sticky’;”

Obviously I relate this particular error to the *Sticky* plug in that I acquired, however again, I’ve no idea why it’s there or what to do.

Can somebody give me some advice before I teach my puter how to fly? I would really appreciate it!
