   Hi neotrope - Basically any theme in WordPress repository can be customized as a Real Estate theme. What could also help you is the Great Real Estate Plugin (no I am not an affiliate at all) which has "Widgets and custom page templates permit display of only available homes, only sold homes, a random featured home, and a detailed property page for a listing" per plugin explanation. In Therault's plugin page, he offers some services for a fee but the plugin is free.
