How to add and adjust what Meta Data appears after each post?

I currently just have the date of the post and a simple Comments link that appears above all of my posts.

I am looking to keep that same functionality, but I also want somethings to appear at the bottom of the post, similar to what I was doing on my old blogger page:

http://andoruhake.blogspot.com/

I am sure this is possible, I am just not exactly sure what I need to edit or change.

The things that I would like to appear beneath each post is:

Category
Tags
Exact time of post
Link To Add Comments
Per Post Comments RSS feed link

and if you have any others to suggest that would be fantastic.
