   I am using Wordpress ver2.7.
   I have enabled Tracebacks/Pingbacks on my posts by checking the box:
   Allow Tracebacks and Pingbacks on this post.
   I have also enabled Comments on my posts by checking the box:
   Allow Comments on this post.
   I have also enabled the global settings under Discussion to allow tracebacks, pingbacks and comments.
   I have 4 simple plugins that do not interfere with the posts. They are:
   Add to Any: Share button
   Add to Any: Subscribe button
   Adsense Manager
   Page Links To

   I am using Thematic theme

   My website is: www.prolificliving.com/blog
   ______
   Everytime I publish a post, I get this:
   Both comments and trackbacks are currently closed.

   I update the post by varying the settings above, to no avail. The changes in settings don't change anything.

   It is driving me crazy. What am I missing please?

   Please help me.
