How and where did you upload the file to?

Pasber is right, there isnt actually a facility to upload in the plugin. You have to do that part, and then tell the plugin where to look. So youtube or google video, or in my case, the movie file (flv) is on my own webserver and I just told the plugin where to look.

So in your wordpress post, you can tell the plugin to load the movie by using the following syntax:

    [flash http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOME_CHARACTERS or [flash http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=SOME_NUMBERS

    Or in my case:

    [flash http://www.mydomainname/mymoviename.flv

    Hope the helps
