   I would have replied to the other topic but it's been closed.

   I'm not entirely sure how long this problem has been going on, but when I click on "manage subscriptions" from my comment page, it leads to a 403 Forbidden error. I can't figure out why it's doing that, and yes I am using permalinks. Everything else seems to be working except for that, I'm at a loss.

   Well at least we're not alone!

   I get the feeling it's something to do with how my web server is configured--it definitely seems to be a permissions issue or maybe a URL rewrite one--but beyond that I have no idea.
