How can I ban a user so when they acsess the site logged in or not, they get a page that says "Banned"? Like, would it use cookies to ban them if they are logged in or not?

Posted 9 months ago #I'd love to find a way to ban some also. Spammers are registering and I can't find an IP unless they post and can't ban them...its often the same ones being deleted and re-registering.
Has anyone come up with a way to ban a user by IP, email address, domain?
