Register Plus – Cannot upload Logo!! Tried everything

Hi, i would really appreciate some help with register plus! I cannot upload a logo to the registration page!! I have tried everything mentioned in other posts such as delete space in file name, turn off sort folder and other things however i am still having no luck!

Would really appreciate some help.
