Is it possible to show the comments in the main page of the blog? Right now it only show the post and then I need to click over the comments link.

You would need to copy the code that displays the comments (found in the single.php template) into your theme's index.php file.
If you have ten posts on your main blog page and you add the comments for all ten posts onto the blog page, the page can get quite long. It's not always a great idea to do it that way.
