Problem after upgrade to 2. 7

I just upgraded to 2.7 following the upgrade instructions. Upgrade appears to have gone smoothly. I went to write a post and I can’t select the html tab. It looks like it is opening in visual but maybe it is switched. Also I don’t have any of the formatting options (text size, color, etc.)
