Regarding your List Authors Plus plugin:
1. In your list-post-authors-plus.php you have a extra "H" for Plugin URI so that your Plugin Homepage doesn't show.
2. Something weird with your 'authors' tag because I don't see your plugin when I click on that tag, even when I click on that tag at your plugin page at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/list-authors-plus/
3. Suggest you also add 'author' as a tag to your plugin.
