I unzipped and uploaded WP-phpMyAdmin 2.10.3 and was able to activate it in my dashboard. But when I go to Tools and try to start it, I get this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/content/d/s/a/dsavadra/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin.php on line 49

    What have I done wrong?

Working okay for me using WordPress 2.7 and the WordPress Default theme.

If you download the zip file, then do Plugins Add New and browse for that zip file and install from that what happens? Maybe all the files didn't get uploaded.

I can't get the plugin to work since I moved my site to a new server. For some reason, it's trying to make a secure connection. Still uses port 80 but trying to connect via https:

    Any ideas?
