kingkong954I want to be able to remove certain segments of the write screen for all of my users.
Say, for example, the "Discussion" segment (track backs and pings). If I wanted to remove it from their write screens for posts.
Does anyone have any documentation or experience doing these things?
I was hoping for a way to perform these actions via a theme's custom functions, instead of editing the core files.
I realize that the new 2.7 back-end allows individuals the ability to hide and remove segments that they dont want to see, but I'd like to make the write screen less option 'intensive' for my users without relying no them to customize their layouts.
