   Hi,

   I am using the excerpt plugin for a while. However recently I noticed that the excerpt of my fist (top) post is being shown as excerpt for all the other post. So for example, on my home page all the excerpt are identical to each other.

   And if you deactivate that plugin, what happens?

   Upon de-activating it my WP home page restores to normal - Entire post listed one after another.

   Wonder if there's some conflict in the Auto-generate vs. Replace Posts settings (Tools->Excerpt Editor)?

   I have tried everything that is possible.
   -I even downgraded it to 1.2 but the same old thing.
   - I tried to played around with all the options (editor,append,replace, auto-generate) but not luck.
   - Delete the plugin and installed it again

   This is really bugging me now. It's very frustrating...

   I have now tried this at least 10 times - deactivating and re-activation the plugin but still the same result. I have also tried changing my theme.

   Please help.

   Finally found solution to this.

   Culprit: http://www.freetimefoto.com/add_post_footer_plugin_wordpress

   Remove the above plugin and all your problem disappear...
