nmjacksonReaders getting weird symbols occasionally when hitting the site. No idea why. Anyone got a clue as to whether or not this is a WP issue and how to resolve?

This is an image of what the homepage looked like thirty minutes ago for one of our readers. Happens on different browsers/computers, but not all the time, just occasionally.
