   hi.

   *) first thing to say: admin options: display » design/presentation » login style » login style general options > style sheet url ... the plugin is calling for 'wpurl' and the text-field is asking you for the REST of url. for ex. /wp-content/yourtheme/login-style.css

   please make a note on this. i thought nothing was working, until i checked the plugin code and asked the codex "'wpurl' - the WordPress address (URI) is the URL for your WordPress installation and is set in Administration > Settings > General. This data is retrieved from the siteurl record in the wp_options table. "

   *) plugin working fine in 2.7

   *) working together with "cimy user extra fields" and "login lock-down" without a problem at the moment

   and if someone only needs the style.css (and doesn´t want to use a plugin) to change the look (and no further options), this link will help you.
