memory problems – Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864

I am getting the following error message on version 2.65
I had the message once previously and hostagtor increased the PHP memory, I have no got the same message again – but they claim it is a memory problem with version 2.65

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 89 bytes) in /home/kwikpric/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 459
