Can I make the top level menu-item NON-CLICKABLE?

I have a nav menu set up with multiple sub-categories with drop down menus…but I’d like to have it so the top level “category” is NOT clickable…I think there’s some way of using a # but not sure what it is…

eg. Menu

“Albums” folder – Main category – NOT clickable
– Family – sub-category drop down- clickable
– Friends – sub-category drop down- clickable

I already have the drop down menus set up, I just need to know how to make the top level NOT clickable.
