   How can I create .htaccess file. What I have to write in it?

   Go to options > permalinks, create your stucture, hit update and copy&paste the generated code into an editor, upload to your wordpress folder.

   To create a .htaccess file, you must use a text editor. Here's a list of text-editors: http://codex.wordpress.org/Glossary#Text_editor

   Do it again and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

   Well, I scrolled it at the bottom of the page, but still it looks like this:

   I remember, that when I used 1.2, then there was that code at the bottom of the page, so I know what you mean.

   In 1.5, if .htaccess is write-able (or WordPress can create it), it will insert the rewrite rules for you.
