Thanks a lot for providing this very useful plugin!
After migrating my blogs I have the same problem with all 3 of them - the plugin doesn't recognize the backup-db folder (or maybe it won't recognize that the permissions are set to 777?)
It still gives the error message below - and its impossible to run any backup.
Of course I've double-checked the paths. Even the dump folders are fine.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Kjetil

Backup folder does NOT exist. Please create 'backup-db' folder in '/home/2/d/dolcevita/www/cucina/wp-content' folder and CHMOD it to '777' or change the location of the backup folder under DB Option.
Backup folder is NOT writable. Please CHMOD it to '777'.

Is '/home/2/d/dolcevita/www/cucina/wp-content' the expected value there?

    Maybe wp-content also needs 777.

Could delete and recreate that folder in your hosting control panel (or FTP)

    Thanks Michael
I had mixed up something in the "Path to backup" in the Options panel and in some other path. /home/2/d/dolcevita etc was/is correct.
I also deleted and recreated the backup-db folder but only in one out of 3 blogs - and it turned out not to be necessary.
Working fine now! - in all blogs.
    :o)
