If you embed the text DISPLAYSCHEDULE_PAUL in your page (where PAUL is the name of the schedule you want to open), then all registered users should be able to schedule appointments themselves. Hope that made sense.
How do registered users do this? Presumably they have to be logged in? Then navigate to the page where you display the schedule? Then what?

One question though: is there any way to have all the dates for a schedule automatically ‘opened’?
i set up a schedule, then when to Manage Appointments, select the schedule, click go and it tells me the following:
“You have not opened up this date to allow appointments to be scheduled. If you would like to allow users to setup appointments click on the “Open Schedule” button.”
But it looks like i have to do this for EVERY single day… Is there any way to turn it off, or make all schedules and dates automatically “open”?
