[Plugin: AddQuicktag] AddQuickTag doesn’t change anything

    Hello,

    I installed the plugin and added h1 and h2 tags. The buttons appear on the HTML post editor, but when I click them, nothing happens. I tried highlighting text, or just clicking anywhere inside the post edit box. I am using WordPress 2.7. Incidentally, I tried hacking my wp-includes/js/quicktags.js file and something similar happens, but not even the buttons appear on the toolbar. Any ideas?

    I found that the quicktags for this plugin only work you start with the tinyMCE editor and then click the HTML tab. They don’t work in the basic HTML editor mode.
