   Hi, I've just installed the plugin and found it under the tools section in 2.7. I have created a first form and an autoresponder and then included it in a post within the site - however, although the send button appears the rest of the form doesn't - therefore there are no fields for the user to complete and send.

   I have also tried to create a page with the same form in it - I have the same problem.

   I have pressed the submit button on both pages and had my thank you message returned, but have yet to receive either of the messages.

   I'd really appreciate any help with this as this is the ideal solution to a problem I have.

   I've sorted it out by myself - I realised I hadn't actually included any fields in the form - duh!!!!!!
