   Upgraded to WP 2.7 and tinyMCE 2.3 (latest as of today) and found that the plugin breaks the display to edit posts and pages. Tag, Category and Publish editing boxes overlap with text box. Small bug but makes using WP impossible, so I had to disable the plugin until fixed.

   I think you have that version backwards. But have you tried shortening the amount of items in the bar that shows timymce buttons, as a temp fix you could shorten the amount of options per row.
