Promote User Role on Publish?

    Is there a plugin that will automatically promote the role of a user from contributer to author after they have 1 published post?

    It’s easy enough to write this, but is it already out there? (It’s not a big deal if it’s done manually either, considering the first post needs to be published by someone else anyways since the user is a contributer.)
