Category add/edit

Hello,
I just uploaded, and installed the latest version onto my host server. Everythings working, except, i can’t add a new category, or quick edit them, from the blog/wp-admin/categories.php page.

I’ve done nothing past upload/install. i went to start adding categories, and it wouldn’t work.

I’ve scanned through the forum, but no luck. Any ideas what could be wrong?
