anybody knows if the author stopped developing this plugin?
as far as i read the previous threads there is a simple way to hack it for wp2.7 compability. i just want to know it, because always when i try to hack some features i need into a plugin-code, there´s a new version including the features some weeks after and all my work was done for nothing. so, dear Jonas Einarsson, if you read this: please provide a working plugin-forum/site/whatever.

It hasn't been updated since 2007 so that tells you something. The plugin page is down and the main website appears under construction so there is no visible information of this plugin...

In order to use AJAX Login with WordPress 2.7 you need to edit the al_template.php file. Everything works without editing it except logging out.(Plus it may not work completely with a custom theme unless you work on it.) I made a guide on how to edit the php file here.
