   We're trying to import our simple tags list into 2.3 - we have about 7000 tags, mind you, so we're pretty tag heavy. On step 1 it just gives us a blank screen with no feedback nor is there anything in the error log. I guess I have two questions:

   1. Has anyone seen and solved this behavior?
   2. Is there a way to force WP to show all PHP errors? error_reporting(E_ALL) doesn't seem to work.

   You must increase memory limit and timeout for PHP

   I had this problem with 900 tags...
