Can’t add links

Using 2.7.. the latest.

I try to add links and I fill in all the details, but when I click on the “add link” button to the right, it just does nothing, it just sits there on the page.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, and even tried under admin user, still no go.

What could cause this?
