Exporting Your Blogroll

(Yes, I know about the export tool. Nothing about exporting blogrolls there.)

There was once a simple, easy way to export your blogroll to your desktop, for later importation to another blog. What happened to it? I’d like to export my blogroll at the old Mythusmage Opines to the new Mythusmage Opines. That means exporting the file from the old site and importing it into the new site. How?
