Trying to add my “recent posts” to various pages, just like the blog it should b

I’ve tinkered with Recent-Posts-Embed, but it’s horribly underpowered and undersupported.

Basically what I want is the ability to have a static index, but with my “recent posts” (all of them, not just five) display beneath it.

Also need same functionality for other pages, like Careers/Surplus (classifieds).
