Writing my own insert into post plugin

Writing my own plugin to insert VImeo video’s into the post because all others I use I don’t like.

I am making it a tab in the media uploader thing when you click on the icon to “add video”.

The one question that I have is – what is the proper code for an “Inset into post” button. The way I have it working now is that the tab shows a list of videos uploaded to Vimeo. I want to be able to hit an “insert into post” button, which will then insert the correct code into the post and close the media-upload box.

Not sure how to approach this. Anyone ?
